Fitra - فطرة (Arabic)
The root definition of Fitra comes from the arabic verb fatara which means to split or create.
Fitra signifies the state of purity and innocence, simplicity and purity to which all humans are born with as stated in the Muslim tradition. In context, it is essentially translated as the innate nature of man which is inclined towards tawhid or the belief in God, along with Ihsan, compassion and more. This accumulates to the natural compositions or constitutions the human being. .
In a Hadith, the Islamic prophet Muhammed states that children are born upon Fitra and are then socialized into various religions. The Hadith states Muhammed as saying: “No one is born except according to intrinsic nature, but their parents make them Jews or Christians, or Magians, just as a cow gives birth to a calf that is whole do you find it mutilated?'
The concept of Fitra was commonly invoked by Sufis, who often viewed their own quest as the means for restoring the original harmony of creation.
Taqlid - تَقْليد (Arabic)
Taqlid is a terminology used in Islam which denotes the conformity of one person to the teaching oa another. The person who performs Taqlid is termed muqallid. root definition of Taqlid essentialy translates to imitate.
The term is believed to have originated from the idea of allowing oneself to be led "by the collar". One who performs taqlid is called a muqallid.

Taqwa -تَقْوى (Arabic)
The root definition of Taqwa essentialy translates to forbearence, fear and abstinence. Ibn Kathir posited that its root meaning is to avoid what one dislikes.
The term itself is used in the context of being conscious and cognisant of God and of truth.
